following Terms and Conditions apply to the use of this Web site as
well as all transactions conducted through the site.

Pricing:
PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. Due to possible
changes, all prices are intended as a guide only. All orders received,
where no previous quotation has been made, will be invoiced at the prevailing
prices. We will be pleased to quote firm prices on all items in our
catalog upon request.
Terms:
Orders from any recognized educational institution, libraries, and
government agencies will be shipped on open-account. Terms are net 30
days from date of invoice unless other term arrangements have been made.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, and Discover credit cards. For credit card
orders please include account number, billing address, verification
code, expiration date, and name as it appears on the card. All orders
are payable in U.S. Funds only.
New
Retail Customers: A credit application, including a bank reference,
three trade references, a resale certificate, and signature release
must be completed. Until and unless credit is approved, orders must
be prepaid.
Service
Charges: A service charge of 1.5% per month (18%/yr.) will be added
to the unpaid balance of all invoices 30 days past due.
Shipping
and Handling: Shipping and handling charges are eight percent (8%)
of invoice subtotal (after discount); minimum shipping charge is $7.50.
These charges apply to domestic orders. We ship UPS or FedEx prepaid
or U.S. Postal Service and add the costs to the invoice, unless another
method for shipping is specified on the purchase order.
International
Orders: At this time, International orders are unavailable on-line.
Please contact us via another method to place your order and receive
a quotation including all shipping and handling charges. Some listed
items might not be available for export. All orders are payable in U.S.
Funds only. Additional shipping charges will apply on all international
orders. International orders must be prepaid and normally shipped via
U.S. Postal Service. Customer assumes risk of damage/non-delivery on
international orders.
Minnesota
State, County, and City Sales Taxes: Invoices that have a Minnesota
shipping address will be accessed the appropriate sales taxes unless
the customer has signed and returned to us a current Minnesota Tax Exempt
or Resale Certificate.
Back
Orders: We backorder out-of-stock titles. We reserve the right to
cancel purchase orders and/or refund payment for books with uncertain
available dates. Should you want your order to ship or cancel (no backorders)
please state that at the time of order.
Damages/Shortages
Books: Please notify us immediately so we can expedite replacement
merchandise and arrange disposition for damaged items. Save all cartons
and packing materials as claims for damage done during shipping must
be made to the freight carrier. Defective or concealed damage to books
can occasionally happen, as can shortages or shipping errors, we will
work to correct these issues promptly. Any suspected damages/shortages
must be reported within 10 business days of receipt of shipment.
Guarantee/Return
Policy: If for any reason you are dissatisfied with any item, return
it within thirty days of the purchase date. Your full purchase price
will be refunded. A 15 percent (15%) restocking charge may be assessed
for unpaid invoices and all materials returned damaged, labeled, or
otherwise returned unsellable.
Resale,
Jobber, and/or Wholesale Returns: Returns must be made within nine
months of purchase. A merchandise credit will be issued for all Resale,
Jobber, and/or Wholesale returns after thirty days; no cash refunds
will be made. Resale, Jobber, and/or Wholesale orders are NON-REFUNDABLE.
The original invoice number must be stated, and return authorization
may be required, please call to confirm. A 15 percent (15%) restocking

damaged, labeled, or otherwise returned unsellable.
Disclaimers:
All titles shown in this catalog were available at press time at the
prices shown. Our selection changes continually as new books are published
and others are discontinued. Also, publishers occasionally increase
prices without notice. Though it is seldom more than a few dollars,
should this occur to a book you have ordered, we will have to charge
the current price. Publishers also sell out of titles and decide not
to reprint them. When this happens we will often suggest and offer a
title with similar content. We appreciate your understanding.
