Mapping Your Career Plan

This video makes a strong argument for actively planning a career -and doing it sooner rather than later. Getting advise (from books, articles, the Internet, etc.) is stressed, but so is getting experience and training. Job shadowing, internships/externships, volunteer work, special classes and summer jobs are all considered as sources of information and experience. Finally, the importance of setting goals, especially long-term career goals, is stressed.
